Terms & Conditions, Liability Waiver & Code of Conduct

Guardians of the Stargate 11:11 Portal Retreat

November 8–20, 2025 | Total Fee: $12,000

Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding with your registration and payment.

1. Overview

By selecting the button below, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions for participation in the Guardians of the Stargate 11:11 Portal Retreat hosted in Egypt from November 8–20, 2025, at a total cost of $12,000 per person. This agreement is legally binding and applies to all participants.

2. Payment Terms

• The retreat fee is $12,000 per guest.
• You may choose from three payment options:
• Pay in full at time of booking.
• Pay in two equal installments.
• Pay in four monthly installments (all payments must be completed by October 1, 2025).
• Late payments will incur a $11 per day late fee.
• All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you choose a payment plan, all partial payments are also non-refundable.
• We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (including “cancel for any reason” coverage).

3. Cancellation Policy

• There are absolutely no refunds or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or dissatisfaction.
• If a participant is expelled from the retreat due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.

4. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund for the following behaviors:

• Disrespect toward staff, fellow guests, or local communities.
• Disruptive behavior during group activities, ceremonies, or travel.
• Verbal, emotional, or physical abuse of any kind.
• Disrespect toward sacred sites, nature, or animals.

This retreat is sacred in nature. We ask all guests to show up with humility, maturity, and reverence.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending this retreat, you acknowledge and accept that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for:

• Accidents or injuries
• Medical conditions or emergencies
• Property loss or theft
• Acts of nature, political unrest, or third-party criminal activity

You waive any right to hold the organizers or affiliated parties liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during or after the retreat.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers and their affiliates from any claims, legal action, or liability that may arise from your participation in the retreat.

7. Photography & Media Release

By participating, you consent to the use of any photographs, video, or audio recordings of you taken during the retreat for promotional or commercial purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Organizer is legally registered. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Confirmation

By selecting the button below, you confirm that:

• You understand that this confirmation replaces the need for a signed document.
• You are emotionally, mentally, and physically fit to attend.
